How does it work?
Speed reducer drives the agitating shaft
Spiral ribbon makes materials move up and down
Central spiral pushes the materials in the middle to both ends
Outer spiral ribbon presses the material from both ends to the middle that helps central discharging
At the same time, the outer spiral lifts the material along with the inner wall of the mixer, leading to a circulation of materials in the mixer and provides an even mixing result
After starting this feed ribbon blender, check the running direction, rotating on the opposite direction is not allowed
The processing volume should not be more than dischargeable capacity
After 15 days of the first operation, discharge the lubricant and clean the oil tank. Changing the lube in the speed reducer every 3 months is recommended. Lubricating the grease on the bearing every 2 months is required or is adjustable according to the working condition.
Light repair of the machine is needed after 1800-hour running for checking the lubrication points and replacing the quick-wear parts. Heavy repair is needed after 4000-hour of running then disassembles to check and clean all the components, replace quick-wear parts and adjust standard units.
